Delivery
Due to the popularity of our products, packages are typically shipped within two to five days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes 14 to 21 days for items to arrive at your doorstep depending on your local traffic.
As soon as your package ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times, please remember to check your spam/junk folder if you can't find the email.
Shipping is free; however, it does not include any applicable taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

There are three color options for the wooden ceiling mount and the bird's wings.

- Straight ceiling mount: The height (thickness) is 3cm (1.18in), the width is 7cm (2.76in) and the length varies based on the number of wings:
2 wings - length is 28 cm (11.02in)
3 wings - length is 48 cm (18.90in)
4 wings - length is 68 cm (26.77in)
5 wings - length is 86 cm (33.85in)
6 wings - length is 110 cm (43.30in)
- Wings: there are three types of wings to create your desired design:
